I checked function viewer app  for a MS906 BT and I didn't see anything listed to program immobilizer keys for 2005 Sportage. The only thing I saw was CODE transmitter code saving where you might be able to add a keyless remote. Nothing ventured nothing gained , if you click on hot function or service, app , click key and remote symbol if there , and if it's says it's not supported , it's not possible.

 Hey,  If it's not listed in function viewer, it doesn't necessarily mean it's not there, but chances are it's not going to work even if it's there because IMO there are on going car manufactures cease an desist with the legal department often resulting  in revolving door software Optimization updates that disable a special function and then re-enable something two years later that got juggled and shifted from Diagnostic special function to the Service App. LMAO    ,
